Day 2 of the Giving Challenge

Today, I participated in the Surf City Half Marathon. My goal was to raise $500 to benefit the Free Wheelchair Mission. You can see from my donation page that I did it! I also finished the race, 14:04 minutes faster than I did last year! I also took 1:04 off my pace per mile. That being said, I still have plenty of room for improvement next year. My gift for today was raising money for charity, and participating in the race to raise awareness for this great organization.
