The Beautiful Gulf Coast
I got to spend the weekend in Fort Morgan, Alabama with some great friends and their families. I was so happy to see a beautiful, clean coastline! There was a patch of tar balls left over post-clean up, but other than that, the water looked clear (as clear as it usually does) and the beach was gorgeous and clean. There was NO ONE there but us. So if you're looking for a nice quiet vacation spot this winter, I highly recommend it! I can also give you a number to call for an excellent house to rent, just across the street from the gulf.

I LOVE LOVE that shot...it just captures the joy of childhood, and the happiness that comes from the simplest things. That light is gorgeous! Right now warm sun, sand and surf sounds pretty appealing to me (actually, all the time!)
